Trae Pierce can funk you up. His musical career has spanned three decades, and his resume reads like a who’s who of the music industry. Starting at age 13, Trae has toured with, recorded with, and produced dozens of major artists, including Sugarfoot’s Ohio Players, the Blind Boys of Alabama, James Brown, Dr Hook, Phil Collins, Peter Gabriel, Flo-Rida, and many more. With 4 Grammys, 2 Doves, and an Image Award under his belt it’s hard to imagine, but this virtuoso bassist has managed to fly largely under the radar. And now, after years of helping other talented musicians find their spotlight, Trae has finally come into his own. Sporting his signature top hat, Trae, along with his band, the T-Stone Crew, delight audiences with their special blend of blues infused with funk, highlighted by blistering bass riffs, talk box, and slide bass.
