The Piedmont Boys, hailing from Greenville SC, consist of Greg Payne (front man), Adam Whitehead (guitar), Chief Spires (bass), Matt Parks (fiddle) and John Taylor (drums). Together the group has produced three studio albums that display their own brand of country influenced from outlaw, bluegrass, southern rock and blues music. Although unsigned they have shared the stage with the likes of Dierks Bentley, Eric Church, Gretchen Wilson, and average over 200 shows per year across the country. Their style is refreshing and for from the “pop country” trend that has taken over our radio airwaves.
